Fragmental breccia composed predominantly of diogenite clasts and related debris, plus ~2 vol.% basaltic eucrite clasts.

Shock stage: low. Weathering grade: low.

I had the same thought as other commenters: looks like concrete to me. Forgive my ignorance, but I wonder how this would even have been recognized as a meteorite. Yes it looks like typical a typical cut of concrete sidewalk to me also.

Nice Diogenite-PM specimen Cal. It also looks like a Howardite or a Eucrite-PM. The Howardite is still the dumbest classification we have IMHO. Only good for marketing purposes.
