In the .............., there was Correo. I wonder if this was the only Sonoran Desert toad that didn't hop away from the knot. Thank you RH. |

Very nice stone, Robert. It was that stone, pictured in your catalog, that prompted me to go there to search. I*ll never forget the thrill of finding a 326 gram complete stone just a few hours into my searching, as it was also MY first stone find. I called you immediately afterwards to share the news, and you were your usual super-enthusiastic self, congratulating me on the find. I guess I never got around to actually congratulating you on yours, so please allow me to do that now. Two Robert*s *. two Correo meteorites* two first stone finds. |

Very nice find! I am envious! I went there with Jim Kriegh, Richard Norton and one of his his good friends to hunt in 1996. We were unsuccessful but I did enjoy seeing Richard give to Linda who lived near the field a copy of his book Rocks From Space. I have photos of him doing that. |

The one stone that kick started things for you and probably ended up responsible for many other collections worldwide....very nice indeed. |

This one is to blame for later developments? ;-) |
