This is my display of lunar meteorite slices and partial slices at home. The lunar samples are laying on a glass shelf with an area of 72 x 33 cm (28.3 inch x 13 inch) in my large glass/wooden display cabinet. 25 different lunar meteorites, tightly packed, unfortunately there is no more display space.

I hope that most of the MPOD readers will enjoy the visual comparison between the different types of lunar meteorites, shown as an assembly in a few pictures.

Brillant collection, indeed. Never saw so many different ones on one picture to compare. Similar display in martians available?

Well Done, On the other side like a scale you should put a stack of gold coins equal to their value so we could also enjoy that visual comparison.

Hannes, I think the moon men wake up in the night and dust off J*rgen's huge meteorite collection. I don't think they'll just be there for decoration.

The moon "as a naughty neighbour throwing stones on us" - Georg Christoph Lichtenberg's, famous friend of Chladni's, incredible early insight. Incredible too: this lunar cabinet. Thanks so much for posting this, Juergen.
